



A good guideline is to use a ratio of 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of filtered water. You can adjust your coffee/water ratio to suit your taste. Filtered water and spring water (195-205°F) are recommended. The good stuff in coffee is very soluble. Ground coffee should be in contact with water for 4 minutes. How you savor your cup of coffee is up to your palatte.
