Our philosophy for great coffee is simple. We hand-select premium coffee beans. We roast only when you place your order. You'll know it's fresh. Each order you receive will have the roasted date on the bag. All of our coffees are packaged in a white foil gusseted bag with a one-way valve. All coffees are sold in 12 oz. bags unless noted otherwise. Brewing Instructions: A good guideline is to use a ratio of 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of filtered water. You can adjust your coffee/water ratio to suit your taste. Filtered water and spring water (195-205°F) are recommended. The good stuff in coffee is very soluble. Ground coffee should be in contact with water for 4 minutes. How you savor your cup of coffee is up to your palatte. It is a matter of YOUR taste.
