Shipping

We ship via USPS 2-Day Priority Mail because it is the fastest, lowest cost option and delivers on Saturdays. We may use Fed Ex Home or UPS for certain products.

Returns

We sell Specialty Grade roasted coffees that are shipped at the peak freshness. Please check your order as soon as it arrives. We greatly appreciate your business and we strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know.  Not only will we have the opportunity to make things right, we will undoubtedly get very important information from you to improve our product, our services, our company. Any comment from a customer is welcomed.  

 We will take back any unopened coffee product if you contact us within 72 hours of receipt. You can call us or send us an email to arrange for return. We will credit your account immediately for the product only.
